Bright Double Room in Highgate

Hi there,

Our current housemate is unfortunately moving back up North, so we are looking for a replacement.

The room is about mid-size, and comes with a bed, chest of drawers, build-in wardrobe and a footlocker. Plenty of room remaining for a desk if you work from home.

The house itself has 3 floors and includes a garage and currently available parking space, as well as a shared bathroom (between 3 of the 4 housemates), plus an additional toilet. The living room is really spacious and has lots of natural light. The kitchen is also large and is connected to a small garden area.

The area is peaceful and suburban. We are about 20 footsteps away from a nature path which goes up to Highgate Station in 10 mins and the other way to Finsbury park in about 25.
Crouch end is nearby, as is the Heath and Waterlow Park. This part of London is very green and full of really great restaurants and bars.

The current flatmates are myself, Jen and Alex, all between 30 to 40. We are very easy going and easy to get along with.
We would really like a housemate who joins in on social things like sh**t TV and a few rounds down the pub. Equally, we all like our own space and this house is very good at providing that due to its size.

The rent is currently 786 pm, with bills on top being around 150 - 180. A deposit will be required of £1,015.65, which will be lodges in the DPS

We have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight and we find this really helps keeps the house in good shape and avoids housemate cleaning rotas.

Our current flatmate has had to leave at short notice, so we can accommodate quite an early move in date.
