Newly renovated designer flat

I’m renting out my newly renovated flat in Highgate. It is complete with murano chandeliers, limewash walls, contemporary Italian furniture and a brand new marble kitchen with Neff appliances. I have spared no cost in the finishes of the interior. I have a large first floor, south facing private terrace complete with sun loungers and an outdoor dining table. There is also a large shared garden which services the building.

Where I am: I have a private double bedroom and a shared bathroom

Where you would be: In the lounge I have an open plan kitchen/diner with a dining table and chairs, double and single sofa for relaxing in the communal area. I also have a daybed for sleeping which transforms the lounge into a studio flat, separated off by a divider screen if you’d prefer. Outside of working hours on weekdays this entire open plan lounge, sleeping, dining would be entirely yours. During working hours the kitchen/lounge area would be shared and your sleeping area would be separated off by a partition.

I travel often and am looking for someone I am comfortable to leave here alone. I am looking for someone Monday - Friday maximum or someone for weekends, someone who works from the office and is looking to enjoy the lovely terrace for a morning coffee and in the summer evenings after work. Someone to enjoy a slice of freshly baked cake left on the side when they get home. I would like a clean, tidy and considerate person. The rules of the building are no noise after 10pm. I am very house proud and socialise out of the flat, I am looking for someone the same. I am happy to help with washing of the sheets when you go home for the weekend and happy to add to my Riverford weekly delivery.
