Looking for new roomate: En-Suite Double Room

We're looking for a lovely new housemate to take the spacious en-suite double room in our modern Highgate flat, available from December 7th!

I am a PhD student at UCL pursuing Neuroscience and along with my flatmate, Venu, a Software Developer, we are looking for a friendly housemate. The reason for the search is that one of the flatmates is shifting out.

The flat itself is modern, split-level, really spacious, and has all the amenities, like a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and even underfloor heating. We have a large private patio in the living area. The flat also comes with an additional guest washroom in addition to 2 full baths (1 will be your private bath).
Your room will be on the floor above, so you will have ample sunlight!

Location-wise, we're super well-connected: just an 8-minute walk to Highgate Tube station (Northern Line) and a short 15–20 minute stroll to beautiful Waterlow Park and Hampstead Heath. Ideal for anyone working in central (30mins to Kings Cross / TCR, etc)

The Vibe: We're a friendly, easygoing bunch! We love to respect each other's private space, but often enjoy occasional flat dinners and movie nights together. We’re looking for someone who is similarly friendly, respectful, and tidy. Keeping the common areas clean is really important to us, so we hope to find a housemate with the same mindset!
