Highgate ensuite

House hunters,

Tl; dr: ensuite room available in a modern Highgate-located flat. Move in is 2nd Jan.

Kyle and I are looking to recruit a third flatmate for our new pad in Highgate.

About us:

Kyle is a recent grad with a budding future in academics. A complete nerd. Loves reading and works 2-3 hours a day for a full-time wage (research assistant within the realm of economics, I’m sure he’ll tell you who he works for before introducing himself). A pub quiz genius who does random things such as walking book clubs, poetry clubs, discussion groups and general drinking (he’s a Scot who desperately wishes he was English, a true snob at heart). Generally quite a cool/interesting person, hence our friendship. I think I just give him company and someone to read poetry to. We are not together.

I’m also a recent grad although with a less budding future. Longer work hours so will generally be out of the house. Same full-time wage. I’m not bitter about it, clearly.

Together we’re looking to do a tri, we’re off this weekend to climb our first 4000m or we will play tennis with Kyle’s friends. If there is a play on, ballet, a lecture, orchestra or jazz band on we will generally try to go and if you’re into these sorts of things that’d be grand.

We both run/cycle and keep fit. We also sink pints (typically Guinness) to unravel any aforementioned efforts.

About you: unsure, this is for you to fill in. Preferably not a closed-door flatmate. Perhaps we’ll cook, explore, and/or take trips together. More than happy to introduce you to our friends, put on dinner parties and host general events (cheese & wine evenings? Did I mention Kyle is a snob?).

The flat: we’re also pretty unsure, our tenancy only begins on the 2nd. If you have any questions we’re more than happy to try to answer them.
