Spacious Double Room in cosy flat in Highgate!

Hello there!

A lovely double room is available from Jan 28th (or slightly earlier if needed) in a cozy two bedroom flat in the Miltons, between Highgate and Crouch End and only one minute from Parkland Walk! The flat has 1 double room, 1 small room, a bathroom and a super bright and spacious living room with an open plan kitchen. The room is super quiet and with a massive built-in wardrobe with lots of space for storage.

You'll be sharing the flat with me (I'll be in the small room). I have been living in the flat for the past 6 years: it has a well-equipped kitchen, it's full of books, records, a few instruments and even a projector for film nights! I put so much care in making this flat a real home and I am looking for someone to do the same.

I am a 33 years old Digital Creative Producer working in the music business, I have a full-time job and I am out of the house Mon-Fri from 7,30am till 7pm, so the house would be perfect for someone working from home - you'll have mostly the house for yourself during the week! I enjoy arts, music, films and I am a tennis player: the local tennis club is where I spend most of my weekends. I am looking for someone tidy (preferably a female), who would take real care of the flat and enjoy the occasional chat, dinner etc. Someone with a passion for music, arts or films is very much welcomed.

Highgate is a very special part of London with access to green spaces such as Highgate Woods, Waterlow Park and Hampstead Heath. You can get to central London very easily on the northern line - Highgate tube is less than 10 minutes walk and you can be in Tottenham Court Road in 15 minutes. Local buses are very good too.

The room is £1300pcm with ALL bills included (water, energy, council tax, internet, gas etc.) Deposit is only £850 and there are a few reference checks to pass with the letting agency.
