Ensuite room in Highgate

Current flatmate is moving out so looking for someone to share my cosy flat. The flat is located in Highgate with a walk less than 10 minutes to the Northern line.

The room comes unfurnished, however there is already a built in wardrobe so realistically all you need is a bed and maybe a second sofa to expand in the living room. There are two bathrooms in the flat so you will have your own bathroom.

I am 28 and am a product manager with a hybrid working set up where i go to the office around 2 days of the week. I enjoy hanging out at home, cooking, having a glass of wine and watching tv shows, as much as going out with my friends for food and drinks.

There is a small patio which is great for gardening and occasional summer bbqs with friends. This is a quiet neighbourhood so ideal flatmate wouldn’t be a party animal.

I have a cat so finding someone who will love and protect him as much as I do is my top priority. Bonus points if you’d find my cat knocking on your door to say hi to you in the morning a blessing more than a disturbance.

I take pride in keeping the flat clean and tidy so I’m looking for someone who also has the same standards.
