Looking for another girl in their mid-20s to replace my current housemate, who’s leaving to move in with her partner 🥲, in this lovely 2 bedroom flat in mid-February for ideally a 18th-23rd Feb move in (some flexibility) 🫶🏼

⚡ Postcode is N6 5DW
🚇 15 minutes walk from Highgate tube (Northern line) and 20 min walk to Archway (where there's an Aldi!). Also nearby Finsbury Park and Harringay train station
10 minutes to Crouch End highstreet (which has various food shops, restaurants, pubs, bakeries, Waterstones etc.) and also close to Finsbury Park, Harringay green lanes areas etc.

🙋🏼‍♀ About me
I’m 24, from Chester and work hybrid office/home in renewable energy. I love going out for walks/hikes, the pub, dinners, watching women’s sport, reading, baking and anything else wholesome!! I have been living in this flat for 15 months and absolutely love the area.

As it’s only a 2 bed, I’d love to move in with someone who will join me in making the place a home, look after it and be friends, not just be housemates. It would be lovely to find someone who’d like to cook the occasional wholesome dinner together, grab some food, watch a film, pop to the pub or go out sometimes etc. I’m a clean and tidy kind of girl so if that suits your vibe, we’ll work well, and if we can have a gossip on the sofa with a bottle of wine, even better!

🏠 The details
- Double bedroom in 2-bed ground floor flat
- Spacious living space leading out onto a big garden
- 2 bathrooms - one toilet (yours) and one toilet+bath/shower (shared).
- Current contract is until 13th September, but with option to renew (which we have already done once)
- The available bedroom has more than enough space for a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet etc.
- It would be a squeeze to fit a desk, so not suitable for someone 100% wfh but hybrid would work using the desk in the living room or if you are office based.
- Shared storage cupboard
- The available bedroom is unfurnished. Living space is contractually unfurnished but has been furnished to date by us current tenants. Some contribution (either monetary or sourcing some additional furniture) may be needed to top up the living space following departing tenant.
- Incoming tenant is required to earn over £30K or have a UK homeowner guarantor if earning less than this.
- No students, no couples - young professional only for council tax purposes
