Double room with private bathroom

Looking for a new female flatmate to share my cosy 2 bed 2 bathroom flat. The flat is located in Highgate with only a few minutes to the Northern line. Neighbourhood is lovely, with lots of options for walks in nature and cosy pubs. It is near Hampstead Heath where I go in the summer to play tennis and swim in the ponds when the weather allows, if you are also into that.

The room comes unfurnished, however there is already a built in wardrobe so realistically all you need is a bed and potentially a second sofa to expand in the living room.

I am a product manager and I go to office 2-3 times a week. I cook a lot, and am a bit of a coffee snob so the coffee setup is one of the perks of living with me. I am usually out and about having food/drinks with friends, but I equally enjoy quiet nights binging shows. The flat has a small patio which is great for bbqs/dinner parties in the summer.

I have a cat so finding someone who will love and protect him as much as I do is my top priority. Bonus points if you’d find my cat knocking on your door to say hi to you in the morning a blessing more than a disturbance.

I take pride in keeping the flat clean and tidy so I’m looking for someone who also has similar standards.
