Double room for rent in homely flatshare!

Hi everyone!

A lovely homely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment to share with myself and my 2 lovely cats in Highgate - the flat has a large reception room facing out onto a lovely big garden, kept up by gardeners (that we don't pay for ha!).The room will be unfurnished but furniture everywhere else in the flat.

The flat is a period property with gorgeous high ceilings, and a really nice homely feel to it.

The rent is 1250 per month + bills which are around 150 a month.

I’m 28, working in the beauty industry (always with freebies to hand!) and have lived in London for nearly 11 years now eek.

I’m clean and tidy and would love my flatmates to respect the space we live in by being proactive in cleaning during the week and weekends without avoiding it. I also have a coffee machine, air fryer, a juicer, blender - you name it I’ve got it 🥲 (a marketers dream haha).

I’d love to say I’m a great flatmate, I’m super sociable and love to yap in the evenings and watch the latest crap on tv but equally love time on my own and super independent. I’ll often be going to the gym or seeing friends on the weekend which I’m always for more the merrier! I love going for walks and the Highgate area is so lovely if you love a hot girl walk or running.
