5 mins walking distance to Highgate station - sadly no couples due to the HMO**

Hi everyone!

I’ve found a really lovely homely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment to share with myself and my 2 lovely cats in Highgate - the flat has a large reception room facing out onto the biggest garden you’ve ever seen (!). The flat will be part furnished.

The flat is a period property with gorgeous high ceilings, and a really nice homely feel to it.

I’m 27, working in the beauty industry (always with freebies to hand!) and have lived in London for nearly 10 years now eek!

I’d love to say I’m a great flatmate, I’m super sociable and love to yap in the evenings and watch the latest crap on tv but equally love time on my own and super independent. I’ll often be going to the gym or seeing friends on the weekend which I’m always for more the merrier! I love going for walks and the Highgate area is so lovely if you love a hot girl walk or running. I also stay at my boyfriends often so you’d have the house to yourself 2/3 nights a week.

I love to cook too and the kitchen has loads of cupboard space and counter space - I’m quite clean and tidy and would love my flatmates to respect the space we live in by being proactive in cleaning. I also have a coffee machine, air fryer, a juicer, blender - you name it I’ve got it 🥲 (a marketers dream haha). Basically I a full kitchen of stuff!
