Double room in queer, neurodivergent household

2 bedroom flat with a large open plan living room and kitchen, and a shared bathroom. 5 minute walk from Highgate tube station. Green and leafy area, 2 minutes from Queen’s Wood and several other parks/woods within walking distance. There is a shared garden that all 10 flats in the building have access to. No additional storage outside the flat or space for bikes. Highgate has some lovely pubs and is also close to Crouch End and Muswell Hill, which have a good selection of shops and cafes. The room is furnished with a bed that pulls out so can be double or single. There is a built in wardrobe and cupboard in the room.

I’ve lived in the flat for a year and a half with my current flatmate. Now looking for someone to replace them with as they’re moving in with their partner. I work as a private tutor from home 2-3 days a week and in person the other days. In my free time I enjoy dance, reading, board games and rock climbing. I’m quite sociable and enjoy having friends over for dinner, so would like a flatmate who doesn’t mind that. Of course, you would also be welcome to have people over. I’d love a flatmate who enjoys hanging out sometimes to watch tv or have dinner. I’d prefer to live with another trans and /or neurodivergent person but open to anyone who thinks they’d be a good fit.
