Large sunny room in Highgate

We are two professionals (1M 1F) seeking a new flatmate for our flat with large shared living room, separate kitchen and adjoining dining area, and balcony (with herbs!). The flat is charming, with wood floor and many period features, and being a top floor flat near the top of a hill, amazing views. We have books and boardgames and are looking for someone who appreciates both.

The open bedroom comes with wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers, but the bed will be departing with our departing flatmate.

The area is very green and peaceful (Waterlow Park is less than 5 minutes walk away). Nearby Highgate Village has a small Tesco, local butcher and greengrocer, bookshops, cafes, restaurants and charity shops. There are many local pubs, with pub quizzes and live music.
