We are two 28 and 31 year-old professionals from England and Ireland looking for two new friendly, sociable, and clean roommates to move into a lovely house. The house is located in the heart of Highgate close to Highgate Village, Waterlow Park, pubs and the tube. Both rooms are double bed sized rooms. We live in a spacious home with a lot of character and a private garden. We take a lot of pride in the space and are looking for two new roommates who will help us look after it and make it feel like home!
Room 1. This room comes with a bed and dressing table and with the option of blue wardrobes. Price £957.50
Room 2. Is a doublebed size room with is unfurnished. Price £917.50
Both rooms are available from 13 September.
The deposit is £1080 each. And bills are separate. Bills will average £120 per month.
