Furnished, Light-Filled Room in Leafy Highgate!

We’re Jaimie, Emma and Adam, three professionals in our late 20s/30s looking for a relaxed, sociable, reliable and tidy housemate to fill a room opening up in our Brit-Irish-Aussie household from April 14!

The room is large and airy, with floorboards, built-in closet space and a great view of our cute, quiet street and heaps of natural light. We’ve got an enormous living room and a large kitchen with a breakfast nook and more storage than we know what to do with, plus a spacious garden out back just in time for the warmer weather.

The house is in the buzzy east side of lush, leafy Highgate, a fantastic part of London with easy access to Central and peaceful, comfortable surroundings close to multiple great parks. Local hubs of Camden, Islington, Muswell Hill and Hampstead Heath are all short transport links away, and the Parkland Walk to Finsbury Park starts just up the street.

We’re just a block from the high street with Sainsburys, a Co-Op, multiple great Japanese and Thai joints and 3 fantastic pubs – plus delectable pastries and coffee from the Grocery Post convenience store.

Key transport links as follows:
- 7-minute walk to Highgate Tube and the amazing multipurpose Northern Line
- 3-minute walk to Archway Road bus stops with city links via Camden or Holloway Road
- 15-minute walk to Highgate Village and the lovely Waterlow Park
- 15-minute walk to Archway shops
- 18-minute tube to Leicester Square
- 30-minute tube to London Bridge

Deposit is £1,080, council tax + bills work out to around £135 per person per month, and we’ve got a fortnightly cleaner costing £12 per person.

We’re on a fixed-term lease until mid September but most likely looking to extend beyond that.
