Quiet Double Room near Highgate Tube

A bright, spacious room available in a large characterful three-bedroom flat located in a well-kept, quiet apartment block in Highgate.

The room is currently part furnished with a wardrobe and desk. The flat has a good-sized kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom with shower.

It is well located near Highgate Village and lots of local amenities including shops, restaurants, and cafes as well a couple of supermarkets within a 10-minute walk. The flat is also within walking distance of Crouch End, Muswell Hill, Hampstead Heath and two local parks.

Highgate Tube is within a 5 minute walk and several bus routes into the city centre.

You’ll be sharing with me a female creative (44) – quiet, friendly, respectful, and easy to get along with and the other lodger is male (55) and very easy to share with (he is only there on weekdays).

All bills are included (internet/electricity/council tax (band F)/water/gas).

I'm looking for a female flatmate who is clean, tidy and respectful of the space, roughly between the ages of 35-55.
