The flat is a 10 min walk to both Highgate and Archway northern line stations. A 2 min walk to Parkland Walk. Also close to Hampstead Heath, Waterlow Park, Muswell Hill, Crouch End. Located on a lovely quiet road. 5 min walk from Archway Road (shops and bus stops).

The bedroom has a big window which gets sunshine during the day. It’s quite a private room, situated at the top of the stairs and away from the kitchen. It has big fitted wardrobes. Please note that the flat is rented unfurnished, meaning your room will be empty and will need furnishing.

Looking for a housemate who is also keen to keep a tidy, clean and homely space that we both look forward to returning to. I like my own time and space but also want to hang out with those I live with - I’m looking for someone I can consider a friend!

Ideal housemate:
- Does not work from home every day (hybrid is okay)
- Already has some furniture to help fill the flat as some existing furniture in the living room will leave with my current housemate. If not, we can search FB marketplace together!
- Doesn’t smoke
- Not a student / couple

You’d be sharing with just me - I’ve lived here for 1 year already. My lovely housemate is leaving London so I am looking for someone to take her place. I’m 29, Irish. I work for a sustainability start up Mon - Fri, working from home 2-3 days a week. I enjoy running, gym, travel, coffee, trying new restaurants, catch ups over a pint, cinema/theatre/comedy, meeting new people. I’m new to London so am always keen to discover new areas and things to do!
