We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our spacious, homely flat in Highgate.

🛏️ The Room
- Large master suite with private en-suite (toilet + shower)
- Unfurnished bedroom (the rest of the flat is fully furnished)

🏡 The Flat
- Split across two floors with plenty of natural light and storage
- Bedrooms + main bathroom downstairs
- Large living room, modern kitchen, garden, and small toilet upstairs
- Fully equipped: washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven and gas cooker.

👯 About Us
We’re two 31-year-old professionals (Dinita + Olivia).
- Respectful, tidy, and friendly
- Love good food, wine, cooking, baking, and the occasional pub trip
- Enjoy TV nights, gardening and generally keeping the flat a relaxed, welcoming space

✨ Who We’re Looking For
- A kind, respectful and chilled professional
- Someone who wants to make the flat a home.
- Open to dinners, chats, or a glass of wine together now and then
- Works from home no more than 2 days a week

💷 The Boring Bits
- Bills: ~£175–200 per month (incl. council tax band F, utilities + wifi)
- Cleaner: small extra cost this can be discussed further once moved in.
- Deposit + reference checks required (exact amount TBC)
