We’re Jen (26), Sim (26) and Jake (27) and we’re looking for a 4th housemate to join our tenancy. We‘re looking for someone who can move in asap and stay until the tenancy renewal date in August 2026 (with potential to extend beyond this date). 💗
We have a bright top floor apartment between Highgate village and archway tube station. We‘re looking for a professional who is easy going, tidy, friendly and social but also liked their own space.
Our flat is a 5-10min walk to Archway tube station (Northern line - zone 2/3), opposite Waterlow park and 15minute walk to Hampstead Heath. There a lot of shops, cafes and pubs and plenty of green spaces around to enjoy.
We are chilled and respectable oh each others spaces and schedules throughout the week but like to get together and have a drink whenever we can.
We would like to start doing viewings on the flat asap so please message if you’re free.
