Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my lease from 12 November 2025 to 12 August 2026 (with the option to stay on). I live in a 3 bed flat. There is currently one other tenant who is absolutely lovely.
The flat is less than a 5min walk to Highgate Station (northern line) and has access to buses just down the street. It's a stone's throw away from highgate village, the woodland path to finsbury park and highgate woods. There are some lovely pubs and coffee shops in the area and it's about a 20min walk to Hampstead Heath.
• Rent is £250 per week
• There is a 1 week's tenancy bill (£250) contribution paid every 4 months
• There is zero deposit - however the first and last month of rent are paid upfront before moving in
Move in date is flexible between 1-12 November.
