I’m moving away and need someone to take over my double room in this quiet and friendly Highgate flatshare

The 3-bedroom flat is located in a nice, leafy area with several green spaces and amenities nearby. Highgate Tube Station is a 5 minute walk away, and there is also a bus stop directly outside the property. There are Coop and Sainsburys supermarkets within a 2 minute walk from the flat, as well as some nice restaurants and bars across the road.

The flat is located on the ground floor of a quiet residential building. There is parking spaces at the front of the property, and a shared garden area behind.

Shared spaces include the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. You will only be sharing the bathroom with one other person (Georgina) as the other flatmate, Francesca, has an en-suite room.

This is a quiet and friendly flatshare made up of working professionals. We are looking for someone similar to join Francesca and Georgina in this lovely flat.
