Description
I am looking for someone to let the spare room in this lovely Highgate flat until the end of February, though can be slightly flexible with dates.
About the flat: it sits between lovely Crouch End (5/10 mins walk away) and Highgate (15 mins walk away) and takes 2 minutes to get onto parkland walk!
The room currently has a wardrobe, big chest of drawers and bed, but there is definitely room for a small desk to go in there. As you’ll see from the pics, there is lots of room in the flat including a big dining space, long kitchen and big living space. There’s a washer dryer (the dryer function actually works) and a dishwasher. The flat has a communal garden and there is parking space at the back- wouldn’t recommend to someone who keeps a car themselves but great for when friends/family visit. Everything is maintained really nicely covered by the service charge (absorbed into the rent cost)
To note: you will see from the pics that there is scaffolding outside the windows because the roof was replaced over summer. This should be removed by Christmas and there should be minimal additional noise over this time but happy to chat about money if this is disruptive.
About me: I’m Holly, a civil servant & originally from North London. In my spare time I’m catching up with friends, running, going to see shows and doing diy projects. I’m quite sociable but not noisy- looking for someone who wants to catch up but also is respectful of space! I bought the flat only in march and have been renovating it since so lots is new! Have done a load of rentals around London so appreciate how stressful they can be- want this to be a really nice experience for whoever moves in.
