• Fully equipped kitchen — perfect if you enjoy cooking and eating well
• Bright, fully furnished double bedroom
• Shared modern bathroom
• Living with one other friendly and considerate female
• Sorry, no pets

• 7-minute walk to Highgate Station (Northern Line) — easy links to Central London
• Short walk to Highgate Village, with lovely cafés, pubs, and independent shops
• Hampstead Heath and Highgate Wood are both nearby - perfect for running, walking, or a weekend coffee in the park

💸 Rent & Bills:
• Rent: £950 per month
• Bills: approx. £120-140 per month (including everything)

Looking for a clean, friendly, and social female (25–30s) who values a calm, clean, and respectful home. My housemate is after someone who enjoys socialising too - maybe a wine or dinner hear or there and not someone who just comes home and hides in room.
