There is double bed frame and mattress included but the room is otherwise unfurnished. It’s a loft conversion space connected with a spiral staircase to the rest of the flat

The flat has two double bedrooms, a shared living/kitchen area and two bathrooms.

I am a friendly professional classical pianist, teaching during the week at a music school and away for tours fairly often. There may be a bit of piano playing during the day when I’m home!

No couples, smokers, pets or raves, but otherwise feel at home.
