I’ll be out of London for a month over Christmas/NY and my double room in our spacious, lovely home in Highgate will be available to sublet.

📍 Location: Gated community in N6 with easy access to tube, overground and bus routes. 15 minute walk from Archway and Highgate stations on the Northern Line, and Suffragette Line

📅 Dates available: 21 Dec - 23 Jan

💷 Rent: £950/month (incl. bills & council tax)

🏠 About the space:

The room is bright with a small balcony and large queen bed. You’ll share a bathroom with just one female housemate.

Our home has a spacious kitchen and beautiful glasshouse dining area that brings in a lot of light. You’ll also have access to a pool, steam room and sauna that you can book ahead for private use.

We’re a friendly, tidy, and sociable bunch, often sharing meals or watching movies together, but also respecting each other’s downtime. There’s also a small, friendly cat, Tilly, who might cuddle up close to you on the couch.
