Large , bright room, in a flat , which is part of a converted larger house, with patio window doors onto small back garden, with double bed. First and last months rent when securing the room.

The room has two wardrobes, a desk and chair, mantel and regular shelf, patio window door and regular smaller window.

I am moving out due to work , and am looking for someone to take the room over in late January.

The house has a large shared sitting room and a kitchen space (also with doors to the back garden), as well as a bathroom with a toilet and shower shared between 3. There is a washer/dryer, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, toaster and kettle
Bills are included but a £250 fee to bills and maintenance is required ever six months.

East Finchley tube station on the Northern line is a 7 min walk, and there are regular buses into town right outside the door
