Hellooooo house hunters!
We have two rooms becoming available in our flat, less than 10 minutes walk from Archway & Highgate stations (Zone 2/3)
The rooms are available from 1st March. The deposit stated is approx.
The rooms both come part furnished with a double bed & mattress. The smaller double room comes with built in shelves, and use of a built in wardrobe on the landing outside as well as shared use of a clothes rail on the landing.
The flat itself is very spacious with large and bright living room (with a working gas fireplace 🔥 🔥) & kitchen (with a dishwasher 💦 💦) . There’s also a “terrace” accessible via the landing window. The whole flat is split across 2 levels and very much has house vibes due to the size & outdoor space.
It’s easy access to the tube, with Archway and Highgate stations nearby and bus stops right outside the house with 24 hour buses that go all the way into town. We’re close by to many supermarkets, restaurants pubs, parks, and beautiful outside spaces & nature spots like Highgate Wood, Waterlow Park, Parkland Walk 🌳 🌲
You will be living with Jess (30) who is a charity worker Jenny (34) who is a choir conductor!
We have an array of interests, but we enjoy spending time together when we can, sharing a meal, going out for walks, nattering about our days or just having a chill one over some tv. As is always the way, we would love someone who fits the vibe, that likes to hang out when they can, but also does their own thing & is respectful.
We are looking for working professional, non-smokers (in the house, you can smoke outside if you wanna) who are clean, tidy and considerate and are happy to chip in with the weekly cleaning rota ❤️ (the rooms are on the cosier side so probably wouldn't be best suited to people who WFH)
Bills are not included, but internet, water, council tax & gas and leccy come to £100-£150 a month depending on the time of year. Joining housemates would be responsible for setting up a bill each in their name to take over the responsibilities of the leaving housemates - we use Splitwise to manage who owes what monthly to keep it chill and easy 💕
We are a queer friendly household, and would prefer women &/ non-binary housemates to keep the vibe we have going. We want nice homely wholesome vibes ✨
