Cosy double room in beautiful Highgate house

I am looking for someone to take over my lovely double room in a beautiful shared house in Highgate, located in a quiet residential street, just minutes away from Parkland walk, great bus connections and Highgate station.

Move-in date can be from 08 March but can also be a little later/ I am flexible and happy to discuss.

This is a sublet that comes with all bills included, including a lovely cleaner that cleans all shared spaces twice a month. The house has a spacious living room where we catch up and watch movies, a kitchen with two fridges and a dishwasher, as well as three bathrooms (two with showers, one is a small restroom).

You would be sharing with Leanne, Ben, Ming and Charlotte, all working professionals. This is definitely not a party flat, but we all enjoy catch-ups in the living room and I am leaving with a heavy heart after over two years in this beautiful house, and am looking for someone who would treat the place respectfully and like their own home.

There is also an opportunity to stay on long-term from the end of July once the sublet ends (but not a requirement). The room comes furnished, the bed is mine and less than three years old and could be taken over if preferred (but not a requirement).
