Bright Double Room in 2 bedroom Highgate Flat

Hi there! I’m looking for somebody to join me in this great 2 bed flat. The room is a great sized room (comes without cot…) and ideally I’d like somebody in by 1st April, but I can be flexible for the right person.

I’m 34, a professional who is out the house most days, in my spare time I enjoy watching all the sports and trying to keep fit through running, gym, football and tag rugby. I also enjoy a beer or 2 (although party days are over!) and catching up with friends etc hobbies inside the house include a good series (I’m currently binge watching slow horses)

I’m looking for somebody easy going who also has their own interests and social life outside of the flat but is happy to treat the flat as a home and watch some tv / grab a beer together sometimes, but also understands that we both have our own lives.

We are a 6 minute walk to Highgate station, a 15 minute walk to Hampstead Heath, 15 minute walk from the world famous Highgate cemetery and less than a 1 minute walk to the pub across the road and 30 seconds to the pub about 50 yards away!

The flat itself is very spacious, with 2 very large bedrooms, a spacious living room (possibly having a lick of paint soon) a kitchen with all the amnesties, bathroom with a very good shower and a bath and a separate toilet. The kitchen has a small outdoor balcony too and there is also free parking.

The rent is £1,000 plus bills.
