The room is a great size with plenty of storage, double bed etc wardrobe on order!

Brilliant location: Just a 6 minute walk to Highgate tube station (Northern line 11 minutes to King’s Cross St Pancras), 15 minute walk to Hampstead Heath for runs or chilling in the open space, and you’re basically next door to two proper pubs (30 seconds to both). Highgate High Street and Waterloo park are both just a 5 minute stroll away.

The flat is really spacious and homely: two large bedrooms, big living room (getting a fresh lick of paint soon), well equipped kitchen with a small outdoor balcony, bathroom with a powerful shower + separate toilet, and free parking available.

I’m 34, a professional who’s out of the house most weekdays. In my spare time I enjoy watching all sorts of sport, keeping fit with running, gym, football and tag rugby, the occasional beer or two (party days are long gone!), and binge watching a good series, (just finished Slow Horses - I recommend!)

Looking for an easy going flatmate (ideally similar age/professional) who has their own interests and social life outside the flat, but is happy to treat this place as home, maybe watch some TV or grab a beer together now and then, while still giving each other plenty of space.
