Loft room in Highgate

Hi there! We’re looking for someone to replace me on the joint tenancy for my attic room in Highgate by 9 June. There may be some flexibility before that depending on the referencing process.

The room is £942 without bills (usually comes to approx 100-120 extra depending on usage), a steal for the area!
The room is super spacious with plenty of storage room. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, mirror, multiple chests of drawers and a wardrobe. Open to selling my desk for a nominal amount if you would like that as well.

The deposit is £1067.70

The kitchen is part of the open living area and is fully equipped with dishwasher and induction. There is a nice bathroom and also an extra w/c separately. The landlord is very attentive and always willing to fix any issues asap, as well as always looking to keep the flat in top shape.

The location is amazing, 9 minutes’ walk to Highgate station and 12 minutes’ walk to Archway station with easy access to central London via the Northern line. It’s just down the hill from lovely Highgate Village and a short walk to Archway, and also well serviced by buses. It’s very near Highgate Woods, Waterlow Park, and only a 20min walk to Hampstead Heath, so no shortage of nearby green spaces, cafes, pubs and food spots to try.

You’ll be sharing with 2 other professional girls. Alex will also be moving and looking for someone to replace her for her smaller room in July.

As you'll notice when you visit, the flat is in great condition, so we’re also looking for other responsible professionals aged 26-35 who like to keep things clean and tidy :). Chores are shared on a rota. All nationalities are welcome!
