A double room in a spacious Highgate flat

I’m looking for a new flatmate (ideally a couple, but open to individuals too) to join me in an absolutely lovely 2-bedroom flat (but comes with a separate living and a dining room and a balcony, plus large private garden) in Highgate from the beginning of August (but can be flexible on the move in date).

My current flatmate’s circumstances have changed and she’ll be moving out, but I would really love to stay in this flat as it genuinely feels like home and it’s just honestly so gorgeous and spacious, and I never want to leave it🥺🥲.

💰 Rent/Bills- £2,000 per month (rent + all bills) for the room. For that reason, couples are preferred as it works out at roughly £1,000 per person. However, if you’re an individual who loves the flat and is comfortable with the rent, please do get in touch as I’d still be happy to hear from you.

🌞My name is Aneta, I’m 26, I’m from Slovakia. I’ve been living in London for the past 4 years in various locations, but now feel very settled in this flat and trying to stay as it genuinely feels like home! I work in policy and advocacy for Save the Children UK. I work mostly from home with some office days. Outside of work I love yoga, swimming, traveling, reading, and baking (I’m currently fully in my sourdough era, so expect lots of household sourdough bread on the counter hah).

I’m looking for friendly, considerate professionals who are looking for a place that feels like home! I’d love to live with people who enjoy having some dinner together sometime, chat, or a glass of wine. I’m social and would like to make friends, but also like my downtime and respect each other’s independence and personal space.

📅 Timing- The room will be available from 1 August, subject to referencing and a new tenancy agreement being arranged with the landlord. I’m hoping to organise viewings over the next week (beginning of June) to find the right fit as early as possible to allow plenty of time for the tenancy process.
