Lovely light and airy single room, with en suite facilities to rent short term in a secure block in Highgate, North London.

All bills/broadband included.

The flat is situated less than 10 minutes walk from Archway tube station (Northern line zone 2 with great access to central London) and is 5 minute walk to Highgate village with numerous shops, cafes and restaurants.

Waterlow park is across the road and Hampstead Heath is a short walk away.

The room has a writing desk, single bed, wardrobe and drawers, is peaceful and quiet, overlooking a well maintained private garden. All linen, bedding and towels provided. There is a washing machine available for use.

The rest of the flat is spacious and is available to share. Well equipped kitchen, large living room with balcony overlooking central London.

There is off street secure parking and private swimming pool available for residents.

You would be sharing with a freelance artist and teacher. I'm tidy and clean but not obsessive about things. I would want you to feel at home in the flat.
The amount of time you chose to stay is negotiable and we can discuss short term, flexible stays.

Please note there is a sweet ginger cat living in the flat, so the ideal flatmate would love animals.
