A bright double room is available in Highgate N6, in a clean friendly flat in a house share opposite the woods and only 5 mins walk to Highgate tube. This is located in a really safe village community surrounded by 4 beautiful parks and lots of amenities.

Inclusive of ALL Bills, no hidden extras and includes a regular cleaner.

We are an easy going mix of sociable Professional housemates with a gsoh but its not a wild party house. Occupations range from Environmental Charity worker, 3D Animator, Trainee Accountant. We like the place kept clean and tidy but we are not OCD lol !

We like the usual things, socialising, running, cycling, gym, climbing, live music, occasional clubbing, theatre, travelling, comedy, great conversation with vino, Camden, lazy Sunday roasts in the Woodman but we all like our own space sometimes.

This bright room is fully furnished, with a Sky digi box, quality furniture, a large wardrobe plus spare if needed, chest of drawers, desk and a premium double pine bed with orthopaedic mattress. There is lots of spare storage space in the house.

The house is GCH and always nice and cozy to come back to. There are two large clean modern kitchens with digital gas, electric and a microwave cookers, a communal lounge with Nespresso machine, 40in LCD Sky TV, DVD, Bosch washing machine and all mod cons.

There are two separate bathrooms, bath and showers, WCs and the house is regularly professionally cleaned.
Highgate tube is only a 5min walk away and the house well serviced by buses, including Camden 9 mins and the 134, 234 & N20 20 mins from Leicester Square. The N20 night bus stops almost outside, handy for a night out in town. There is also residents parking available.

The house overlooks Highgate Wood, with the Pavillion Cafe, famous for alfresco dining and live music in summer. It's only a short walk through the trees to Muswell Hill, Kenwood for a picnic concert, Waterlow park - Highgate Cemetery or Hampstead Heath and the ponds.

There is unique local boutique shopping, famous historic pubs such as The Flask, Gatehouse and The Woodman also serving delicious Sunday roasts. Locally there is FEAST which does amazing breakfasts, Carluccio's, TOFTS - winner best Fish & Chip shop in the UK and Planet Organic. The village ghost themed walk is fun and a tour of Highgate Cemetery, with its many famous graves is fascinating.

We catch live gigs at trendy Boogaloo, where Coldplay tested new material last year, Jacksons lane centre for Zumba, stand-up or learning to Salsa, Alexandra palace for Ice skating and incredible views over London and The Gatehouse for breaking new plays. There are 6 gyms with pools, Highgate Wood running, Cricket, Tennis and squash clubs and two cinemas within a short walk.

Food shopping is also really convenient with major supermarkets, M&S, Sainsburys, Budgens and Planet Organic all within easy reach and some open till late.
The house mates are looking for a sociable easy going 9-5 Professional Housemate Non Smoker ( or outside smoker ), ideally able to move in fairly soon - with some flexibility.
