Hi everyone – we are looking for a flatmate for the lovely bright furnished double room in our flat. We’re located in between Highgate and Archway stations on the Northern Line (10 mins walk) and have amazing bus connections from outside the door into the city and central. The location is great with a supermarket, restaurants, the Boogaloo pub, Highgate Woods, Highgate High Street and Archway nearby.

The room has a double bed, desk with chair, chest of drawers and clothes rail. The rent includes double room for single occupancy, all utility bills and internet, council tax and a fortnightly cleaner. The kitchen is fully furnished with a fridge, freezer, oven, kettle, washing machine, dish washer and has all the essentials like plates, pots, mugs, cutlery etc. The bathroom and living room also has everything you need!

We are looking for a flatmate who is relaxed, communicative and responsible to live alongside my girlfriend and I. My girlfriend works full-time in child-care and I am self-employed in the music industry so will be working part-time from the flat.
