Good-size double room, and the flat is very light & spacious with big windows, leafy views, and a little balcony/roof terrace (message me for more pics!).

It's available from August 25th - September 16th (I have to leave the flat by late September as our lease is up, but my flatmate is leaving in August).

£170/week OR £30/night if you only need it for a few days.
Prices are all bills included (inc. wifi/tv etc).
Couples +£40/week or +£8/night.

I work full-time at a start-up in East London, looking for someone who's sociable but respectful (aren't we all!), and would be happy with chat/dinner/tv/drinks together!

I have 2 very sweet white pet rats in the flat already - I know they're a bit unusual but they're super lovely I promise!! Other pets considered so just let me know what they are.

Distance from tube: 5 mins
Distance from Highgate Wood: 30 seconds!
Distance from shops/cafes/pubs: 3 mins
Nearest big supermarket: Sainsbury's Muswell Hill (20 min walk/5 min bus)
Parking: Free just outside though limited spaces - free overnight parking on all surrounding streets.

Non-smoking house, and would be cool to have another vege (or pescatarian) but not essential.
