Bright and spacious double bedroom in Hither Green

I will be moving out of my spacious and bright double room in Hither Green towards the end of August and am looking for a single occupancy to fill it. The room comes fully furnished.

The house is situated on a safe, quiet residential street and has good access to local shops, including Lidl and the Co-op. It also has excellent public transport links, including trains, the DLR and buses. It is a ten minute walk to the nearest station and travel times to mainline stations are 10 mins to London Bridge, 20 mins to Charing Cross. Using the DLR from Lewisham travel time to Bank is 30 mins and Canary Wharf 15 mins.

The house has two bathrooms and a fantastic communal area and kitchen, which is great for cooking, spending time with friends and housemates or just catching up on Netflix.

You will be living with three lovely girls, who are all shift workers. This means there is a great balance of having your own space, but also getting to hang out together. Ideally you will be sociable but also like your own space and be clean and considerate.

The rent is £475 per month, and bills normally come in at just under £100.
