£850 PCM inc, cat + garden +shower, up to 12mo let

Looking for a tidy, responsible and respectful person to rent the spacious spare room in my flat. Temporary let for up to 12 months Could work for a brief stay in / intriduction to London or doing a masters course at a university here.
The room is large, furnished ,with bay windows, desk (for WFH) and a double bed, still with lots of room to spare. It has it's own private shower.
There is a big, quirky kitchen, bathroom, beautiful, sunny garden and large living room. I live here with my wonderful cat Heidi.
All bills are included (gas /electric, wifi, water), I often WFH and on the weekends and evenings. We're based on a main road in Lewisham that is 10-15 mins walk to Blackheath, Hither Green and Lewisham (all with train station direct to London Bridge (10 mins) / Charing Cross, or south east). Lots of amazing shops, especially restaurants and parks very close by. Hippie, arty, friendly vibe.. Buses go from outside the flat to Crystal Palace, New Cross, Brockley, Lewisham, Crofton Park, Woolwich etc)
About me:
I have lived in London for over 20 years and can offer the space as a safe place for someone new to the city finding their feet, or someone who just needs somewhere for a few months.
I work for two universities and have a practice in arts education, I'm very into culture, art, cinema, music and politics!
This is not a party flat, more somewhere to relax. I'm friendly, considerate, helpful and quite jokey but busy with work and social activities so would suit someone independent and happy to do their own thing.
