Double Room available for Sublet/short-term

My double room in our gorgeous, spacious house in Hither Green is available to Sublet for two months whilst I am away for work.
We're a chilled, creative household of actors, currently working in nannying, bar work, teaching and pilates alongside acting.
I'm looking for someone respectful who needs a room for a short period whilst I am away. All furniture is included.
Our house is situated in the lovely, safe, family-orientated area of Hither Green, about a 5 minute walk to the station which has brilliant rail services to London Bridge in 10 minutes. We're a 10 minute walk both to a Lidl and Sainsburys (with a smaller Sainsburys Local even closer by the station). The house has a spacious and homely shared living room, dining room, kitchen, downstairs shower/utility room as well as 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.
If you're interested or have any questions, please message me. You'd be doing me a massive favour taking my room whilst I'm away and also would be part of a beautiful house!
All bills are included in the monthly rent so there are no hidden costs. I would ask for your first month’s payment in advance to reserve the room:)
