Beautiful room in a garden flat

My name is Cecilia and I have a two-bedroom flat with a lovely south facing garden. I am a friendly professional living with my furkid and ideally the new flat-mate would be a professional or mature student who enjoys their own space as well as sharing the occasional chat over a meal and enjoys dog company too. I don’t mind your gender, or your food preferences provided you are respectful and caring for the flat as if was your own.

The flat is situated in a leafy area with the nearest station, Hither Green, Zone 3, at 8 min walk, you will be connected to London Bridge in 10 min, Waterloo East in 15 min and Cannon Street in 20 min.

The room is furnished with a high quality mattress and wardrobe. High-speed broadband, Netflix and other bills are included. There is an option for resident parking that must be arranged with council.

No pets, couples or smokers.
