I am a doctor and solo parent living in Hither Green in a lovely house with my son.
We have previously had au pairs but as he is older that is not so necessary these days. It would be lovely to rent out the room to a student or professional who is positive, friendly and respectful to our home.
The house is about 6 mins walk to Hither Green station or 10 mins to Lewisham (it’s a downhill sprint)!
There are lovely parks nearby such as Mountsfield park and we are pretty close to Blackheath and Greenwich.
The house is council tax band D but of course if my flatmate is a student I will pay that as you are exempt!
