Inclusive of bills and council tax as seen below (up to £300/month towards gas and electric per month for the whole flat). Excess shall be split by tenants however the gas and electric bill never usually exceeds £200/month. Included in bills (everything) is:

Other information
Once all residents have moved in a cleaner will come fortnightly to clean all communal areas: bathroom, kitchen, hallways and 2 cupboards. There is no living room.
The property is a ground floor flat that has been newly refurbished and thus all appliances in the kitchen are new and are in good condition and are expected to remain in the same condition throughout duration of stay. The bathroom has a bath and strong shower that are also new. If the property has damages or appliances/furniture are ruined and it is the tenants fault, costs will be covered by deposits. Any cleaning fees exceeding £30 at the end of a tenants stay will also be taken out of deposit. Rooms 2 and 3 are south facing and get plenty of natural light all throughout the day and they face the garden area. Room 1 was formerly the living room and thus is very spacious and is equipped with a dining table and chairs as well.
Kitchen with a bar table and two stools. No living room. All rooms come with a bed, foam mattres with mattress protector, rug for room, wardrobe with mirror, bed side table and desk and chair, chest of draws and the larger room has a dining table with chairs included. These must be left in the room in good condition if a tenant moves out.
The property is tucked away on a quiet road with other homes close by and so there is a peaceful community environment.
There's parking
Hither Green station (8 mins walk) which goes into London Bridge (9mins) Waterloo (15mins) Charing Cross (18-20mins); Cannon Street (18-20mins) and Victoria (23-25mins on weekends only) so there are good connections to central London.
Other stations close by: Ladywell station and Lewisham station with the DLR to Bank, Stratford and Canary Wharf all within 18-30 mins
Healthy bus connections from Hither Green Lane (5 min walk).
Close by areas: Blackheath, Greenwich and Greenwich park, Ladywell, Catford and central Lewisham.
