Double Room in Hither Green with amazing garden

Hi!

I’ll start off by introducing myself, my names Ollie and I'm a 27 year old electrician, l'm currently working by London Bridge and grew up just round the corner in Beckenham.

Im quite a social person and as much as this isn't a party house, I enjoy having people over occasionally and am happy for you to do the same, the gardens great for BBQ’s and gatherings so don’t be shy! Im always up for a beer and a takeaway so hopefully that's something we can do together from time to time as well.

A little about the room, l've got a double bedroom available in Hither Green in a quiet residential road available. Sadly my current flat mate has to move out as she’s moving in with her partner. but I love the flat and the area so would love somebody to
come and fill her space! The room is unfurnished so bare that in mind, but plenty of space for all your belongings!

The flat has a large shared living area with a massive TV which has sky, BT, Netflix and prime on it, we also have a lovely open kitchen with sky lights allowing loads of natural light in, air fryer included! We also have our own private patio and garden which is great for the summer for hosting BBQ's and relaxing.

The flat is positioned a 30 second walk from the nearest parade of shops where you've got a co-op, barbers, cafe and bars amongst other shops, the nearest station is Hither Green which is just over a 5 minute walk away and it has fast trains to London Bridge which take about 8 minutes, great if you work in town like myself. We also have an AnytimeFitness less than a 5 minute walk away, and a pure gym down in Catford which is about a 10 minute walk.

Please remember bills aren’t included! We’ll be splitting gas/electric/water, council tax and WiFi. Everything together usually comes to about £150 but varies depending on usage.
