We live in a modern 60 sq metre Victorian conversion. The absolute highlight of the property is our huge 350 sq metre back garden—perfect for BBQs and hanging out in the Summer!

Note: We don’t have a shared living room, but my room has a big sofa and TV, so feel free to propose something the three of us can watch if you like!

ROOM 1 (Large Double): A bright, fully furnished double room with a lovely garden view. (CURRENTLY TAKEN)
ROOM 2 (Medium Double): It’s a bright, fully furnished double room with a South-facing view that gets loads of natural sunlight! (*AVAILABLE 26TH JUNE*)
🙋♂️ THE FLATMATES
You will be living with:
Me (Dominic): The live-in landlord. I’m a Science Teacher and songwriter/composer. I’m into the gym, movies, theatre, art, literature, Netflix, and cooking. Always happy to share an occasional meal and have a catch-up!
Ismail: A University Maths student.
You: We are ideally looking for someone who travels to work or uni at least 3+ times a week.
🚆 THE COMMUTE (Super Connected!)
Trains: 10 mins to London Bridge (from Hither Green station), 15 mins to Waterloo, and quick links to Charing Cross.
DLR: Short walk to Lewisham Station (Zone 2) for direct links to the Docklands/Canary Wharf.
Cycling: 30 mins to London Bridge, 12 mins to Greenwich, 12 mins to Goldsmiths.
☕ THE LOCAL AREA
We are on a great street with a park and café right at the end of the road.
Close to Hither Green (Zone 3) and Lewisham (Zone 2).
Amazing local spots: Sapore Vero (independent Italian pizza!), two fab cafés, and a great gastropub.
Shopping: 10 mins walk to LIDL, plus Lewisham shopping centre (Sainsbury's, TK Maxx, and all the usuals) nearby.
Weekends: 15 mins walk to Blackheath, which has lovely restaurants and a Sunday farmers’ market.
Come take a look, and make sure you stop by the “You Don't Bring Me Flowers” cafe outside the station for coffee and cake when you do!
