Double Room In South East London

Hey!! I’m a former flatmate moving out of this lovely flat after 5 years. Hither Green station is a 7 min walk and a 9/10 minute train in to London Bridge (perfect for commuters)

The flat is on a piazza, with an onsite anytime fitness, Tesco, doctors and a nursery. Close to independent coffee shops and super markets. Lewisham centre is around a 20 minute walk away for all your shopping needs. Blackheath is the same distance away if you need that Gail’s Coffee hit!

One double bedroom available in 3 bed flat. The flat consists of 3 double bedrooms. Large communal living room with a modern kitchen. A big main bathroom shared with one other girl in the flat. Bath, shower & heater rail. Private patio. Parking space not available however if needed could chat to the landlord about a permit as there is permit parking for residents.

The flatmates: Poppy is 28, an actress and in a band and works 50/50 from home and in a school.
Vic is 31, a singer songwriter/works in social media management and again works 50/50 in and out of the flat.
The girls are open to someone either working from home or in an office space!
Social flat, the girls love to chat but also respect people’s space!

The boring stuff: Rent & Bills come to around £750 could be more could be less depending on seasons/energy bills. This includes flat communal items (cleaning stuff etc) but overall, a super cheap rent in my opinion!!

The official move in date on the tenancy is the 11th August, however I will be gone by the 2nd so will pro-rata rent for the extra 9 days.

The room comes with a king size bed frame and mattress (different frame and mattress to picture) and wardrobe and shelves on walls.
