Lovely double room with patio and ensuite

Our flatmate Faith is leaving London, so we are looking for another lovely girl to join our little flat family in Hither Green :)

The Room:
The room is a large double with its own ensuite bathroom and private patio. It comes unfurnished, but Faith might be willing to sell some of her furniture to the next tenant. The room has ultra-large windows that face the sun but still stay cool in summer ✨

Rent: £960 per month
Added Bills: £130 to £140 a month
Deposit: £1010
Available: End of Jan or early Feb (Some flexibility)
Contract Length: 12 months with the option to extend. We'd ideally like someone who wants to stay longer.

The House:
Our house is located in the Chiltonian Mews development, which used to be an old biscuit factory (fun fact!). It has a rooftop garden with a BBQ, garden furniture, flower beds 🌹🌸💐 (for all you gardeners out there), and a mini fridge for drinks in the summer. The rooftop garden oversees Greenwich and Blackheath!

The property also has a garage, a storage room, and TWO storage sheds. Additionally, there is a dishwasher, a washer and dryer, and a built-in security system. With the rooftop terrace, the house has four floors, and the bedroom is on the ground floor.

Location:
Hither Green station is only 2 minutes away, with trains that take you directly to London Bridge, Waterloo, New Cross, London Cannon Street, and Charing Cross in 8 to 25 minutes. Lee station is 15 minutes away, and the Lewisham DLR is 25 minutes (goes directly to Canary Wharf, Greenwich, Stratford, and Bank). There are also 5 bus stops around 3 to 8 minutes from the house with direct connections to Victoria, Oxford Circus, London Bridge, and Shoreditch.

You:
We are looking for someone clean and social, who likes to be friends with their flatmates but also enjoys their privacy. A professional or someone with a UK guarantor would be preferred because there will be income and credit checks.

About Us:
Tilly is a personal assistant and office manager who works in Farringdon. I'm Abby, a staff writer for a magazine, and I work in Shoreditch. We're always up to go to the local pub or cocktail bar (each about 5 minutes away), watch some Netflix in the evenings, or go out for brunch over the weekend, but we also like our privacy after a long day.
