This 3-bedroom flat provides modern, comfortable living. It is very energy efficient, has a smart Nest thermostat, American style fridge-freezer, large kitchen and living room area, massive loft for storage, off-road parking and bike storage outside the flat.

There will be 3 individuals in total sharing the kitchen facilities. Additionally, there will be 1 shared full bathroom and 1 shared separate toilet. There are currently two female professionals living in the flat.

Good sized single room equipped with furniture. Comfortable bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. This is for single occupancy only, no couples. Rent is £595 per month including bills.

Nearest railway stations: There are 3 train stations within walking distance - Hither Green is about 0.3 miles away, Ladywell is 0.7 miles away and Lewisham train/DLR is 1 mile away. 

You can catch direct trains from Hither Green station to London Bridge in 10-15 minutes, Charing Cross in 20 minutes, and Cannon Street in 20 minutes.

Plenty of restaurants and bars next to Hither Green Station and even more in Lewisham/Catford town centre and Ladywell.

There is a Sainsbury Express located next to the Hither Green train station. There is also a Coop and Tesco Express located on the Hither Green Lane.
