The stunning Manor House Gardens park is also round the corner from the house, complete with a pond, a cafe and a monthly farmers market.

Hither Green station (Zone 3) is under 10 minutes walk, Blackheath (Zone 3) around 12 and Lewisham (Zone 2) approximately 20 minutes walk or quicker by bus.
15 minutes to central London (Waterloo/Charing Cross/London Bridge/Canary Wharf/The City) via DLR or train

The night bus service runs every 15 minutes through the night, with the bus stop being one minute walk.
