Double Room in Modern Spacious Flat

🛏️THE ROOM: Fits a double bed, large wardrobe, x3 sets of drawers and a decent sized desk. The room came unfurnished but very flexible with anything you’d want to keep, the bed and mattress are only one year old.

🏡THE FLAT: the flat is super spacious and modern with a really stylish living room, large bathroom with washing machine (that you would share with just one other girl), we also have a spare room on the top floor which is ideal for drying all our clothes! The kitchen also has a dishwasher. There is a decent sized no-maintenance garden out the back, big enough for garden furniture and BBQs in summer. If you need a car parking permits are really reasonable and there is ample space outside the house.

📍LOCATION: the flat is within a 10 minute walk to Ladywell station and 15 min to Hither Green, both can you get you into London Bridge in 10 mins for northern & jubilee line as well as rail. 25 min walk to Lewisham station for the DLR tube which can take you into central London. Also loads of buses around and a short ride to Black Heath and Greenwich.

💃THE GIRLS: you would be living with 3 lovely girls aged 23-28 who work in Fashion, Beauty PR and graphic design. We’re looking for a girl between 22-28 who is tidy and clean but also friendly is up for cosy nights in watching TV together but also has their own thing going on.

💰RENT & BILLS: the rent including bills is £827 a month.
