Double Room in SE13

Looking for someone cool to join me (bald dude in the pic) and my 2 dogs in this new tenancy. Must love dogs!

Apologies for the terrible flat pics, I know it’s pretty cluttered (current tenant’s possessions) so try imagine it as a blank canvas. It has tall ceilings and a large bay window as is common with Victorian semis. Hither Green and Ladywell train stations are 0.5 miles away where Thameslink will have you to Charing Cross, Waterloo, Cannon Street or London Bridge in 15 mins or less. Mountsfield Park is a 3 min stroll.

The flat comes unfurnished so if you have some of your own you’re welcome to move it in or we can hunt for some charity shop treasures together.

I’m pretty laid back, music is my passion but also into sports (rugby, NFL, F1), movies, gigs, travel, banter. I like a drink but I’m more a pub, bar, gig drinker than a home drinker, for the most part. I work in events across varied shifts, there’s no routine to my week other than caring for the hounds.

Open to a hybrid worker but if you need silence to take calls/meetings regularly this might not be for you as I’ll often be back during the daytime. Looking for someone sociable to set the world to rights, critique movies, share a few bevvies or even cut about town like we own the joint with, when the mood takes. Bedroom hermits need to apply. Tories also need not apply! Smokers do their smoking outdoors, of course.
