Hi, a comfortable single room is available for rent in a terraced Victorian house with garden, situated close to Lewisham shopping centre (about 10 minutes walk) and 12-15 minutes walk to Lewisham Railway and DLR stations in zone 2. Blackheath and Greenwich park are walking distance and relatively close for those who like to walk and spend time in nature.

House is in the residential area, and in reasonably good decorative order. Will probably suit someone who values peace and quite (I am semi-retired secondary school teacher and had my fair share of noise). As in all shared accommodation, it is important to keep it clean and tidy.

Bills for electricity, gas and water are not included in the rent and will be shared on an equal basis.
