Double room in 6-month sublet in Hither Green

Hi!

Me and a friend are going to be staying in a lovely 3 bed house in Hither Green from the 3rd January and would love someone to join us.

We are both classical musicians so practice occasionally at home but will be mostly in the music studio in the garden. We are both vegan so another veggie/vegan would be great but not required!

It’s a casual arrangement so you would need to meet us and meet the owner so we see how we get on together. It’s a beautiful house, it should be a lovely 6 months in a quiet part of London. Lots of families around and independent shops but Lewisham shopping centre and central london easily accessible.

The house is right next Hither Green station and has recently been renovated. All beds are doubles and there is a music studio recently build in the garden which is insulated and heated. Lots of storage throughout the house and will come fully furnished. The photos don’t do it justice as they were taken just after the renovation so the owner was still reorganising.
