Hi everyone,
We have a double bedroom with lots of storage available in our flat in Hither Green (SE13, Zone 3) for £680 including bills (£575.15 deposit) on a periodic (rolling) tenancy available from 14th January 2025.

The flat itself is large and bright, with a big living room, balcony, separate kitchen and three double bedrooms, one ensuite, and a shared bathroom.

The room available has plenty of storage space and can fit a small table, which may be ideal for those who WFH. You will share the main bathroom with one other person. 

The building is very accessible. The flat is on the first floor, approximately 20 steps from ground level with lift access, and secure underground parking with bike storage.

The development is also very safe, with a video intercom entry system, 24-hour security, and a new CCTV system for extra peace of mind! There’s also a Tesco Express, gym, and GP surgery all within the development.

The flat is an 8-minute walk (0.4mi) from Hither Green mainline train station (TFL zone 3, 8 trains an hour into London Charing Cross and London Cannon Street via London Bridge). Trains into central London typically take 15-20 mins. We’re also a 10-minute bus ride away from Lewisham station (TFL zone 2, mainline trains and the DLR) and the Lewisham Centre (Wilko, H&M, TK Maxx, big Sainsbury’s, M&S Food, Flying Tiger, Holland and Barrett, etc. etc.)

You’d be living with two flatmates. Praise (straight cos friendly female who works in video editing, loves horror movies, books, spicy food) and Gemma ( straight cis female who works in a Bakery and loves books, poetry, plants having a natter over a glass of wine)

We consider our household to be a safe space for everyone, so it is important that we find somebody who shares similar values.

Our vibe is very chill during the working week, and we’re usually out and about on weekends and evenings. It’s also worth noting, we’re both very clean and tidy people who take pride in our home and will look for the same from whoever joins us!
